Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are very reasonable. Because of high volume, we can receive as much as an 85% discount on shipping with most major carriers. That saving is passed directly onto our customers. We take no markup on shipping - you pay the actual charges directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.
BounceHouses.com ships directly from the factory to the address listed on your signed Invoice, any changes to that shipping address must be submitted in writing and signed by the customer to avoid any confustion.

You can save money by picking your unit(s) up at the nearest shipping terminal. Call us for shipping quotes on extremely large orders and international shipping.
Returns
· Inflatable units are returnable for manufacturer's defect only
· All accessories have a 30-day warranty
· NO C.O.D. accepted
· Buyer prepays shipping
· A 25% restocking fee for accessories returned other than warranty concerns
· A copy of the original invoice must accompany the package
· Accessories must be in their original packaging and un-used.
· A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.
